Yulki’s – bringing colour to Hobart

A SELF-PROCLAIMED “fabric aficionado”, Julie-Ann Bigava has been working hard to share her love for Nordic-inspired textiles with the wider Hobart community.

Ms Bigava recently launched her online store, Yulki’s Home Décor, which stocks a range of colourful fabrics, cushion covers, curtains and modern tablecloths, along with an “eclectic Scandinavian collection”.

“The new website provides a platform for us to share our knowledge about popular Nordic brands and bring them into your home,” Ms Bigava said.

“We can provide you with that piece of cloth that you have wanted for so long – even creating custom window and table linens to brighten up any interior.”

Ms Bigava said Yulki’s could create custom-made curtains from any fabric that was displayed on the website.

“In comparison to other curtain sewing services, our prices are competitive and service is delightfully easy,” she said.

“Just simply choose what fabric and size you would like and ‘presto’, we will create your panels.

“If you have any issues measuring your windows for your new curtain panels, you can give us a call and arrange an appointment.”

Yulki’s carries a range of Australian and international home décor brands including Spira of Sweden, Klippan Yllefabrik, Almedahls, Kinnamark and Marimekko.
