The ultimate wellness expo

By West Moonah Community House

THIS year brings our sixth annual Wellness Expo returning to Princes Wharf 1 on Saturday 2 March – and it’s free.

Australian Rotary Health and the West Moonah Community House are proud to be holding this lively and informative opportunity for you to discover providers and services available to improve your health and wellbeing.

Hobart is full of vibrant, passionate businesses and organisations striving to contribute to the wellbeing of our community, but it can be difficult to find out exactly what services are around and whether they suit your needs.

Stallholders will offer information on services aimed at the whole spectrum of our community from newborns, children and teens right through to the inevitable ageing period and facing our mortality or grieving for lost loved ones.

There will be something for everyone – the conventional to the alternative, large organisations to small businesses, preventative to treatment.

Get a free health check-up on the day, including blood pressure, hearing, BMI and more.

Be inspired to keep fit with fabulous foods, natural walking, and yoga and see some fabulous products including cosmetics, crafts, essential oils, clothing, skin care and cooking.

Discover more about our local medical centres, allied health services, nurses, screening programs and disease support organisations.

Informative and entertaining free talks will inspire and empower you to cultivate your wellbeing.

Learn about effective self-care strategies, how to reduce your environmental stress, make additive-free foods, strategies to reduce food waste, gut health and how to be sun smart.

Kids will love the indoor and outdoor activity areas, face painting and jumping castle.

Enjoy the delicious healthy food for sale, the TripleM live broadcast in the morning and roving entertainment during the day.

Stroll, chat, learn and discover at your own leisure.

Stalls are interactive and there will be heaps of freebies and special offers.

The enthusiastic stallholders are here to help you make a difference to your life and they welcome your questions and interest, so make the most of having them there to chat to on the day.

Grab the kids or some friends and join us from 10am-3pm on Saturday 2 March.
