WHILE attending a Wenatex seminar at the Salamanca Inn, our meal was a treat. Some conferences/seminars one attends serve up really ordinary food, but the food at Salamanca Inn was thoroughly enjoyable. There was a choice of either eye fillet wrapped in bacon on garlic potatoes with a rich mushroom and red wine reduction sauce, or chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto served with fetta and green bean risotto. Both dishes were terrific - we swapped meals half way - helps to go with a mate to these seminars!
