THE Dragon and I toddled up to Flathead for a smashing lunch last month. We shared the baby green lip abalone with roast Swiss brown mushrooms ($8.90) and the sashimi ($13) for starters. The Dragon decided o the Portuguese rice with seafood (salmon, blue eye, prawns and mussels) ($24.50). I tried a fish I had never had before - Ranger. It was served with potato dauphinoise, spinach and snow peas. All the dishes were first class. It was a great month for dining out.
