MICHAEL Prosser has opened mojo's in South Hobart. The unstoppable Mrs Jones and I decided to have a look at the newest South Hobart licensed cafe and bar and had a nice lunch. Mrs Jones ordered the tapas plate, which on the day consisted of chilli squid, mushroom fondue and some medium rare beef with condiments ($16). I ordered the entree of the mushroom fondue which featured four plump mushrooms with prosciutto and Heidi gruyere fondue ($13). Mrs Jones ordered an Affogato (it's how you combine coffee and dessert you see, said Mrs J) ($4.50) - and the lunch was enjoyed immensely. Drinks are by the glass or bottle, coffee, and there are good choices. Marie Prosser, the head of the Prosser clan, was out on the deck enjoying lunch
and the sunshine.
