The celebrations included interesting displays and an insightful booklet reflecting the club’s history.

There was plenty of singing, social tennis and most importantly the cutting of the celebratory cake by two of the club’s members, Albert Johnson, one of the Club’s longest serving members, as well as Brandon Rodgers.

Ms Ritchie also officially opened the construction of court six, the redevelopment of the clubhouse and relocation of the ‘Bumping Wall’.

The State Government provided a grant of $42,000 towards the new developments.
