CHRISTMAS lunch with Wammy, the Judge, Wammy's parents Mick and Gwen down from the north west, and gee it was nice not having to cook! The elegantly dressed and couiffed, Gwen, put a lot of the local girlies to shame. She looked like a million bucks. And to the food. All the traditional goodies were there ... some gorgeous ham, roasted meats, traditional roasted vegies, and heaps of desserts. It was all buffet-style, so you could pick just what you wanted, and lots of staff delivering drinks and smiles. The place was chockers. The meringue with berries was a favourite on most of the tables.
