ONE of the Gadd St gadabouts, Lady Fletcher, Zigstar and I went to have a look at a smashing garden at Hamilton, before heading off to New Norfolk for lunch. The wind sent us indoors for lunch, but we had a good pub meal. The views of the river are terrific. I had the steak, the others had the Tasmanian scallops. Good choices all round. Also, the staff were all so pleasant and jolly, it made the meal even more enjoyable. The serves are extremely generous, so rapid walks before and after the meals are required!
