It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas

IT’S only a few more sleeps till Christmas and children everywhere are getting ready for the festivities.

Like a number of Eastern Shore schools, Clarendon Vale Primary School has been practising for weeks for its end of year nativity presentation.

For its end-of-year event, Clarendon Vale’s prep/grade one class performed a special operetta A Child’s Nativity by Fran Godbold at the school.

Teachers, Anne Marmion and Robyn O’Keefe worked hard with the children and the end result was a wonderful presentation for other children and their parents.

Both teachers said the class practised enthusiastically and enjoyed acting out the real Christmas story as well as dressing up in the special costumes for the play.

Well done to all of the children who took their roles so seriously and who looked very grand in their costumes.  Happy Christmas everybody from Clarendon Vale Primary School!
