A MAJOR award to Marque IV at the Elizabeth Street Pier was announced in the Weekend Australian last month. Paul Foreman, the restaurant’s executive chef, received the award for Marque IV for best modern Australian restaurant for 2007. This is a major award for a Tasmanian restaurant, and to be applauded. My congratulations to Paul and his staff. What a ripper!
