YMCA goes mobile to keep you fit
PERHAPS one of the most exciting innovations to the fitness industry in Tasmania is now available at the Clarence Aquatic Centre YMCA.

The YMCA mobile fitness will offer members, casual users and sporting clubs the most advanced exercise programs and equipment on wheels, allowing them to partake in a circuit or aerobics program.
The Clarence Aquatic Centre YMCA will provide access to the Mobile Fitness with two 45-minute circuit classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5:15 – 6 pm and 6:15 – 7:00pm.

The costs are Clarence Aquatic Centre YMCA Members $5.50, casual visit $8.80, 10 visit pass (members),     $50, 10 visit pass (casuals) $80.

The circuit classes enable members and patrons the use of the latest gym equipment available such as an infiniti treadmill, infiniti concept cycle, rowing machine, trampolines, boxing equipment including a slam bag, hook and jab equipment, skipping ropes, medicine balls, balance boards and stability discs and much more to keep the health conscious patron satisfied of achieving a well balanced work out.

The benefits of bringing the mobile fitness van to the pool will allow our patrons to:
•    Maximise the use of the pool including a workout.
•    More cost effective compared to other gyms memberships.
•    Save time travelling to and from the gym and pool.
•    Eliminates the hassle of looking for car parks.
•    Enables members and patrons to develop personal relationships with their personal trainers.
