WAMMY, the Judge and I had a quick lunch at the Bay Leaf. Regina and Max, your affable hosts, are terrific and the meal was really good comfort food. Wammy had the vegetable soup while the judge and I perused the menu over a glass of chardy. The Judge decided on the specials board beer battered scallops with a side salad, and Wammy and I chose the chicken cordon bleu with salad and wedges. What a good meal! Amanda, our most charming waitress, was extremely helpful with special requests regarding the food. The rum balls are smashing - they come out with the coffee!
