I HOPE that the Shoreline Hotel management realizes how lucky it is - what tremendous staff! They really are terrific right the way through from the cafe, bistro and to bottleshop. Had a very enjoyable lunch - the garlic prawns were smashing. The childrens' playground area was patronised by some happy little kiddies while their parents took in the winter sun and the wonderful views. The bottle shop also has wine tastings on Saturdays - check with the staff what is available - and browse the well set-up bottle shop while sipping the wine of the week.
