Another discovery in the Top End was Matso's Restaurant and Brewery in Broome.

On one of the tours I took, a visit to the restaurant and brewery involved a tasting of a beer of your choice. I opted for Monsoonal Blond, a wheat-based beer which was terrific, as was the restaurant.

If you come across this beer on a menu, please try it. It is light and breezy, just like a good monsoonal blond should be.
