QUICKIE RECIPE
I had a right crop of field mushrooms in the paddock at home on my return. I picked the last of the basil and some Italian flat leaf parsley, chopped finely, and added to the peeled and chopped mushrooms. Added in a tablespoon of good olive oil, tossed it quickly, then added about 4 oz of water and let it simmer off till liquid was reduced. Added some chopped lite ham, and turned it all out onto some really good mixed
grain bread from Loaves. Champion brekky!
