THE Nose Bag now has an evening restaurant Monday to Friday run by Kate Caire, and her father, John. It's called Prime Grill. Five of us went to check it out. The Matelot had the scotch fillet, I joined the Matelot, the White Lions had the kangaroo and the South Hobart thespian had butter crumbed flathead  with hollandaise sauce. All the meals were delightful, the company was terrific - however, I am biased. We had a great night out.

The transformation of the restaurant to Prime Grill takes place at about 5pm and with the cold weather coming in like nothing else on the planet, it was a warm and inviting space.
