BOUNTY Seafoods is the only fish punt on the Eastern Shore and sells a range of fresh fish, crayfish, prawns, scallops, octopus and a range of gourmet sauces. Located at the Bellerive Boardwalk, Bounty Seafoods has its fresh fish filleted, cleaned and ready to go.  Bounty Seafoods – the popular fish punt located at the Bellerive Boardwalk. “Trevally, ocean trout and Atlantic salmon were also popular. “Fish is a very healthy meal and health professionals recommend we eat it at least three times a week. “Fish is also low in fat, high in omega three and can be cooked in a variety of ways.” Bounty Seafoods has been operating for 26 years, with Martin taking over the popular fish punt two and a half years ago. Martin would also like to share three of his favourite fish recipes with Eastern Shore residents (they are simple and tasty): o Place some flake in a pie dish, sprinkle sesame seeds, breadcrumbs and butter over the top and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. o Wrap trevally, bacon, a thin slice of lemon and salt and pepper in foil and place in a baking dish and cook for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. o Lightly fry scallops until browned. In a separate pan, warm chilli plum sauce, add a carton of cream and then add scallops.
